You may fill in and submit the application via e-mail, bring it in to us or mail it to Carpe Diem Collegiate High School, ATTN: Human Resources, PO Box 6502, Yuma, AZ 85366. Please fill out each section of the application completely. If you need to attach a written explanation you may add it to the e-mail as an attachment when sending it electronically. When you click the "Submit via E-mail" button your e-mail program will start. You will then have an opportunity to add any and all documents necessary to the application e-mail. If you bring in your application, please bring any explanations or and the above documents in with you.
